What are the different types of plagiarism?

The different types of plagiarism are as follows:

1. Direct Plagiarism: This happens when someone takes another person's words, ideas, or work and presents it as their own without giving proper credit or acknowledgment.

2. Self-Plagiarism occurs when someone reuses their previously published work as if it were new.

3. Accidental Plagiarism: "poorly sourced" plagiarism occurs when someone unintentionally uses another person's words, ideas, or work without giving them credit.

4. Mosaic Plagiarism: This type of plagiarism occurs when someone takes multiple words, phrases, or sentences from one or more sources and combines them to create a new but similar final product.

5. Wrong Attribution: This type of plagiarism occurs when someone incorrectly attributes a source for a piece of work.

6. Ghostwriting: This type of plagiarism occurs when someone uses another person's name as the author of a piece of work that they created.
